Appointed CEO of Columbia Nutritional in December 2020, Brea joined the company in 2018, working first as director of quality and then as vice president of quality. Prior to her time at Columbia, she worked at a large nutraceutical contract manufacturer in quality management for five years, and before that spent six years at Bayer managing a high-throughput food science laboratory. Off the clock, her passions include fitness, hiking, rafting, climbing mountains, continuous improvement and making wine.
Nalika Brewster is Columbia Nutritional’s Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs. In this role, she’s responsible for ensuring that all products meet relevant regulations and standards. Nalika comes to Columbia Nutritional with a wealth of experience having held other quality positions in the food, medical device, biotechnology, and supplement industries.
In her free time, Nalika enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her beloved cat Loki. Whether working to ensure the quality and safety of products, or relaxing with Loki and enjoying the great outdoors, Nalika is always striving to make a positive impact in everything she does.
Darryl commenced with Columbia Nutritional as Controller at the end of March 2024 and has Operations, Commercial and
Financial accounting experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry and at the largest Commercial Door manufacturer in Australia. Darryl was a member of Spring Valley Golf club in Melbourne for 34 years. Generally, he loves spending days in the sun with family & friends.
Sue joined Team Columbia at the end of 2021. She has over 20 years of work experience in human resources in a variety of industries including healthcare, retail, hospitality, and telecommunications. She has worked in a generalist role most of her career but has also specialized in employee relations, benefits/compensation, and recruitment. Columbia Nutritional’s goal is to be an employer of choice. Sue is part of the team’s effort to create a culture that is diverse, collaborative and with integrity by doing the right thing.
In her free time, Sue spends time with her husband, her adult twins, her dogs and cats. She enjoys researching rocks & minerals, cooking and enjoys the outdoors near the Puget Sound or any spot with a view of water.
